Diarmuid is one of our Senior Insurance Advisors, based in Toronto, ON. He has been working in the insurance industry for over 8 years. He is originally from Dublin, Ireland, where he started his career in home and auto insurance.
He has now transitioned to helping the people of Canada get life insurance and various other products to meet their needs. He enjoys and takes great pride in educating all of his clients on the various types of products available to them, and making sure they have a full understanding on what can be a very daunting experience for clients at first.
Diarmuid’s favorite product to educate clients about is no-medical life insurance, for those who cannot qualify for a traditional life or critical illness insurance policy due to a health or lifestyle consideration. He believes everyone should be able to purchase a life insurance policy of some kind. He is passionate about this, and all of his clients enjoy connecting with him on a personal level.
Outside of work, Diarmuid is an active and social guy who loves to meet with friends in Downtown Toronto or go on long walks or hikes with his dog Remi, who is a boxer. Diarmuid also goes to the gym to work out regularly. To wind down, he enjoys a nice pizza and a good movie or Netflix documentary. His one true love is Newcastle United. He watches them play regularly in the early hours on a Saturday or Sunday morning in the English Premier League. Something he misses a lot, besides friends and family back home in Ireland, of course, is actually going to see a football game live in England.
